SACRED MOON YOGA
A moon salutation harnessing the energy of the day's moon phase & zodiac sign.
The Moon Salutation forms a strong connection to the breath and asanas, while strengthens all the muscle groups, increases circulation, builds a strong respiratory system, aids in the digestive system, boosts the immune system, unwind a busy mind and release physical and mental tension in preparation for the body and the mind to have a restful evening.
This experience is created following the Ancient Moon Healings: Full Body, Mind & Soul connection incorporating a mantra meditation, breath work, moon asanas, chakra alignment, mudra, akasha & sound healing.
SOUND HEALING
A meditative practice using different vibrational sound instruments amplifies the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of an ancient practice allowing the whole Self to heal. When playing particular instruments tuned at specific frequencies, this gentle alternative therapeutic treatment is suitable for everyone, especially those whom struggle with anxiety, stress, depression and suppressed emotions.
Kari creates and holds a sacred space filled with healing frequencies and vibrations that bathe the body from head to toe. The Himalayan Tibetan Bowls, Thai Gong, Buffalo Skin Drums, Rain Stick and Koshi Chimes create calming sound waves that help to heal, unblock and balance the stagnant energies in the body.
MOON RITUAL
A ceremony to align us with the frequencies of the moon phases, zodiac signs, planets, and the entire universal vibration.
Curated with spiritually charged crystals, stones, herbs and all representations of that day's moon phase, zodiac sign and planet. Each participant is invited to place their jewelry or special belonging on the altar so they may be charged during the ceremony.
